Wholesale Account Requirements

Thank you for your interest in Gluten-Free Warehouse, the wholesale division of Gluten-Free Trading Company. We sell to retailers, restaurants, and institutional food service clients. If you are buying for yourself or your family, please visit our retail website or our volume buyers' website.

To establish a wholesale account, your organization must meet the following requirements:

  1. The organization must have an active retail or food service business.
  2. The organization must be established as a legal business entity, such as a corporation, limited liability company, partnership, sole proprietorship, or government agency. Groups of individuals operating as informal buying clubs are not eligible.
  3. The organization must have a government-issued registration number such as a Federal Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) and/or a business license issued by a state, provincial or local government.
  4. The organization must have a physical location (or online store) that is open to the public on a regular basis. Institutions such as schools and hospitals are also eligible.
  5. The organization must collect all applicable taxes (such as state sales tax) and remit them to the taxing authority.
