Schar Table Crackers. Customer Favorite. These crackers are irresistibly light, wholesome and great-tasting. The texture is somewhat of a cross between a saltine and a Ritz.

Ingredients: potato starch, rice flour, palm oil, buckwheat flour, modified corn starch, corn syrup, vegetable protein (lupine), sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate, potassium acid tartrate, yeast, rice starch, sugar, salt, emulsifier (diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of edible fats), natural flavor.

People with peanut allergies may also be sensitive to lupine.

No preservatives, cholesterol free.
