Vacuum packed, it can be stored without refrigeration for 1 to 2 months.

Ingredients: Water, corn starch, rice flour, palm oil, sugar, guar gum, hydroxypropyl methycellulose, soy protein isolate, psyllium seed husk powder (vegetable fiber), yeast, salt, tartaric acid, diacetyltrataric acid esters of mono-and diglycerides of edible fats.

Contains Soy.
