Schar Classic White Bread Mix (formerly called Mix B).  This mix is ideal for making bread, bread rolls, raisin bread, and pizza dough. There are over 100 recipes using the mix on Schar's website.

Ingredients: Corn starch, rice flour, dextrose, vegetable protein, vegetable fiber, thickener (modified cellulose), salt. Packet of yeast (use of the yeast is optional depending on the recipe).
