Miss Bev's Kick-Ass Rooster Rub. Rooster Rub is a seasoning as well as a rub. It is a blend of 17 herbs and spices, designed to bring out the best in all poultry. The sage, thyme, rosemary, and bay leaves marry with the other spices to produce a wonderfully aromatic seasoning for poultry.

Ingredients: : Spices, dehydrated garlic and onion, salt, brown sugar, onion powder, paprika (color), chipotle pepper, lime juice powder (maltodextrin, lime juice and lime oil), tumeric, (color), mustard flour, Worcestershire sauce [(vinegar, molasses, corn syrup, caramel (color), garlic, sucrose, spices, tamarind, natural flavor, sulfiting agents) and maltodextrin] and not more than 2% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking.

Contains natural sulfites.
