Breads From Anna (formerly Manna From Anna) These exceptional mixes were created by chef Anna Sobaski using distinctive gluten free grains. Anna is a graduate of the Natural Gourmet Cookery School, Institute for Food and Health in New York City, where she concentrated on creating delicious food using only the healthiest ingredients.
Anna's goal in developing these mixes was to make something delicious, nutritious, easy to prepare and convenient for even the busiest person. A celiac herself, she understands the need for such items.
The Breads From Anna bread mixes can be prepared by hand or in a bread machine. In the bread machine each package makes one extra-large loaf; by hand each package will make two typical-size loaves. |
