Le Veneziane "Le Veneziane" is an authentic Italian pasta noted for its high quality and excellent flavor. The pasta is made by the "Molino di Ferro" company, which is based in Northern Italy a few miles north of Venice (Venezia) in the village of Vedelago. Corn has been cultivated in this area for centuries, and on this soil five generations of millers have perfected techniques for producing corn products with intense flavor and exceptional texture. "Le Veneziane" can be translated as "the one from Venice". We call it "LV" for short.
