Happy Kitchen Butter (Vanilla) Cake Mix. Happy Kitchen's Home Cafe Supreme "butter" cake mix is sure to make you happy with its rich vanilla flavor, super-moist texture, and exceptional value. (Although the package calls it a "butter cake" the mix itself does not contain butter; it can be prepared with vegetable oil or shortening if you want a dairy-free cake).

Each package contains more than a pound of mix (enough for two 8 inch round layers or a 9" x 12" sheet cake). Also great for cupcakes.
