The line of Chebe bread mixes was inspired by a Brazilian favorite called "pao de queijo" (cheese bread) traditionally made using manioc (tapioca) starch and cheese. Now there are several varieties of this versatile mix, and all but the original can be made dairy-free.

Chebe All-Purpose Dairy Free Mix - 10 pound bag. All-Purpose Chebe Bread Mix is free of gluten, lactose, and other allergens, yet has a great texture and flavor -- proof that wheat is not necessary to make good bread. Because of the texture and strength of the dough it is extremely versatile.

The photo shows the 7.5 ounce retail package, but this is the 10 pound bulk size in a plain bag (each bulk bag is equivalent to 21.3 of the regular retail packages).
