La Baleine makes high-quality natural sea salt on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea, near the historic town of Aigues-Mortes in the Camargue region of France. In French "la baleine" means "the whale".

La Baleine Coarse Sea Salt.  Following an age-old French tradition, La Bleine salt is made from the blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea. Salt water is placed in shallow basins where it is naturally evaporated by the sun and wind.

Ingredient: Sea salt.
