Thai Kitchen was founded in 1989 when Seth Jacobson made his first trip to Thailand and fell in love with the land, the people and the cuisine. At an outdoor market in the center of a Thai village, he discovered the rich flavors of Thai cuisine and decided to start a company that would make it easy for Americans to recreate these flavors at home.

Ingredients: Water, baby corn, tamarind, straw mushrooms, lemongrass, pure cane sugar, galangal (thai ginger), anchovy extract, salt, dried shrimp, citric acid, kaffir lime, garlic, onion, soybean oil, chili, peanuts, parsley, fennel.
