Great for making Christmas cookies--just roll out and add your favorite frosting and sprinkles. Just add butter or dairy-free substitute, oil, vanilla and egg. Yields 36 to 48 round cookies.

Ingredients: Tapioca flour, sugar, white rice flour, brown rice flour, sorghum flour, confectioners sugar (contains cornstarch), salt, baking soda, xanthan gum, cream of tartar.
