El Peto Bird's Nest Cookies. Temporarily Out of Stock. Customer Favorite.  A pretty and delicious two-layer cookie with jam filling. On the bottom there is a thin layer of sugar cookie. On the top, apple-raspberry jam is nestled inside a thick almond cookie ring.

Ingredients: Gluten free flour mix (rice flour, tapioca flour), gluten-free apple-raspberry jam, sugar, hazelnuts and/or almonds, canola oil, egg whites, whole eggs, xanthan gum.
