Seeds of Change was born in 1989 with a revolutionary mission: To make organically grown seeds available to gardeners and farmers, while preserving countless heirloom seed varieties in danger of being lost to the "advances" of modern industrial agriculture. Seeds of Change are as passionate about great-tasting food as they are about organic farming, so they use only the freshest, select, organically grown vegetables and herbs.

Seeds of Change Marinara di Venezia Sauce.  For countless years in countless Italian towns, countless Italian cooks have prepared spaghetti sauce just like this — full of chunky red tomatoes and seasoned with oregano, marjoram and parsley.

Ingredients: Tomatoes*, tomato puree*, onions*, extra virgin olive oil*, sea salt, parsley*, locust bean gum*, basil flavor, oregano*, black pepper*, garlic flavor*, marjoram*.

Seeds of Change Romagna Three Cheese.  Romagna Three Cheese sauce is creamy, full of Parmesan, Romano and Asiago cheese. Also added are garlic, basil, oregano and a squeeze of lemon juice to make this sauce just short of addictive. Better plan on having the same thing tomorrow night.

Ingredients: Tomato puree*, tomato*, onions*, Parmesan cheese* (cultured part skim milk*, salt, microbial enzymes), extra virgin olive oil*, lemon juice*, garlic*, sea salt, asiago cheese* (cultured part skim milk*, salt, microbial enzymes), spice*, romano cheese* (cultured part skim milk*, salt, microbial enzymes), oregano*, parsley*, locust bean gum*, black pepper*. Seeds of Change Vodka Americano Sauce.  Penne alla vodka is the classic vodka sauce dish, made with cream, tomatoes and penne pasta. Now, the Italians weren't exactly known for cooking with hard liquor, and the Russians didn't belly up to bowls of tomatoes and pasta too often. So it should be no surprise that this sauce is an American invention. Like the light bulb. Or the roller skate. Only much, much more delicious.
