Southern Homestyle Corn Crumbs work exactly like bread crumbs, but without gluten. They can be used as a coating, a stuffing or a sprinkle on prepared foods. Two styles are available: Corn Flake Crumbs and Tortilla Crumbs. Corn Flake is the more traditional product with a taste like corn flake cereal. The Tortilla Crumb has a taco (limed corn) or Southwestern flavor.
