Dakota Lakes coating mix was developed by a wildlife biologist who loves to fish. Its popularity at local fish fries in Minnesota and the Dakotas convinced him to put it into commercial production so it would be available to everyone.

Ingredients: Rice flour, non-iodized salt, tapioca dextrin, dehydrated onion, spices, dehydrated red bell pepper, garlic powder, paprika, dried parsley, malic acid, dehydrated lemon peel, chili pepper, beet powder (color), lecithin (soy), paprika extract, tumeric (color), natural flavor (lemon), extractives of black pepper, lemon oil, tumeric extract, and lesss than 2% silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent).

Contains soy.
