Dakota Lakes Gourmet Coating.  Dakota Lakes Gourmet Coating is a delicious blend of gluten-free flour, savory herbs, and spices. It is ideal for baking, grilling or frying chicken, fish, pork chops and other meats. It's also great for deep frying onion rings, egg plant, mushrooms, zucchini and potatoes.

Ingredients: Rice flour, non-iodized salt, tapioca dextrin, dehydrated onion, spices, dehydrated red bell pepper, garlic powder, paprika, dried parsley, malic acid, dehydrated lemon peel, chili pepper, beet powder (color), lecithin (soy), paprika extract, tumeric (color), natural flavor (lemon), extractives of black pepper, lemon oil, tumeric extract, and lesss than 2% silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent). Contains soy.
