Schar Chocolate Wafers -- New Recipe.  Customer Favorite. These cookies have a light cocoa filling. Even the most demanding connoisseur will be pleased.

Ingredients: corn flour, sugar, vegetable fat (palm fat), potato starch, defatted cocoa powder 6.4% (cocoa butter 11%), soy flour, emulsifier (soy lecithin), salt, thickener (guar gum), leavening (sodium hydrogen carbonate). Contains soy. May contain traces of milk and hazelnut.

Schar Chocolate Covered Biscotti -- New Recipe.  This is a very European style of cookie: a square vanilla cookie fused to a solid piece of dark chocolate.

Ingredients: Dark chocolate coating 29% - cocoa 60% min. (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin), corn flour, potato starch, sugar, vegetable fat (palm fat), glucose syrup, milk powder, leavening (ammonium hydrogen carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate), salt, artificial flavor. Schar Frollini -- New Recipe.  A delicious shortbread cookie made with honey and eggs. Schar says they're "just like grandma used to make," which might be true if your grandma is from the area near the Italian/Swiss/German border.

Ingredients: Corn flour, sugar, vegetable fats (oils and fat of palm, coconut, and canola), salt emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of edible fats, polyglycerol esters of edible fats), eggs, potato starch, honey, modified corn starch, leavening(ammonium hydrogen carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate), maltodextrine, salt, rice starch, artificial flavor. Contains eggs, may contain traces of soy and hazelnut.
