Gluten free flour mix (tapioca starch, sweet rice flour guar gum, xanthan gum), whole eggs, gluten free icing sugar (contains cornstarch), non-hydrogenated shortening, non- hydrogenated lactose free margarine (contains soya lecithin), almond paste, natural lemon, natural vanilla, gluten free apple raspberry jam.
