Schar Italian Bread Sticks (Grissini). Customer Favorite.  The light, crispy taste of these pencil-thin bread sticks makes them a great bread substitute or a perfect starting point for hors d'ouvres.

Ingredients: potato starch, rice flour, modified corn starch, olive oil, yeast, vegetable protein (lupine), corn syrup, sugar, salt, thickener (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), leavening (sodium hydrogen carbonate and ammonium hydrogen carbonate), emulsifier (diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of edible fats), natural flavor.
People with peanut allergies may also be sensitive to lupine.
