Yeast packet is included in mix. Just add eggs, oil and water. Makes two 12-inch round pizza crusts or a 9 x 13 inch rectangular pizza crust.

Ingredients: Rice flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, methylcellulose, xantham gum, egg replacer (potato starch, tapioca flour, leavening (calcium lactate (not dairy derived), calcium carbonate, citric acid), cellulose gum, carbohydrate gum), garlic salt, and a packet of gluten-free yeast.
