Simply substitute one cup of Fifty Stars (TM) Gluten-Free Flour for each cup of wheat flour in cakes, cookies, pancakes, waffles, quick breads and most other recipes. Fifty Stars is so convenient--it even has the xanthan gum already mixed in. Not recommended for yeast breads.

Ingredients: Tapioca starch, white rice flour, whole navy bean flour, sweet rice flour, xanthan gum, Vitamin B3, iron, Vitamin B2, folic acid. May contain traces of soy and dairy.
